| Howard University Medical Alumni Association, HUMAA, is an autonomous nonprofit membership organization that supports programs at the Howard University College of Medicine (HUCM). Established in 1871 and incorporated in 1945, HUMAA provides essential and dedicated support to the College of Medicine, its students and alumni through programs of student scholarships and loan, annual reunion activities and faculty development.
The mission of the Association is to promote, protect, and support the welfare of the Howard University College of Medicine, its students and graduates.
Our vision is to be a highly regarded and widely respected, self-sustaining and endowed organization that promotes goodwill between the Howard University College of Medicine, its students and graduates.
