Dr. Patricia Bath, Class of 1968, recently received the 2018 Color of STEM Martin Luther King Jr. Humanitarian Award. The awards ceremony was held on April 7, 2018. The Color of Stem is an organization with a mission of showcasing the accomplishments that minorities continue to make in STEM fields and how they impact their community and the global marketplace.
