DR. AEVA GAYMON-DOOMES, CLASS OF 2005, ELECTED TO BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THE JACK AND JILL OF AMERICA FOUNDATION

Dr. Aeva Gaymon-Doomes, Class of 2005, was recently elected to the 2018-2019 Board of Trustees for the Jack and Jill of America Foundation. The Jack and Jill of America Foundation was founded in 1968 and has since been instrumental in supporting nonprofits across America in order to help meet the needs of children and families. 

Dr. Gaymon-Doomes is a board-certified child and adolescent psychiatrist, who completed her residency and fellowship at The University of Maryland Medical Center/Shepard Pratt Hospital program. Dr. Gaymon-Doomes operates a private practice in Washington, D.C. and specializes in evidence-based, psychiatric care of children, adolescents, and adult women. Dr. Gaymon-Doomes is also the co-principal of the "Thrive Mindfulness Project," a project with the mission of teaching and sharing the benefits of mindfulness.
